horsefeathers sake, are the White Sox really so cheap that they are patching up broken ear flaps with tape instead of giving him a new helmet?

Nice job winning this one after blowing a 3 run lead . I was all for Cabrera in the offseason , but he has been super underwhelming .

It seems like the changes they are trying with him aren’t working .

I hate when managers try to let a guy get thru 5 innings for seemingly no other reason than to qualify for a meaningless stat.  It's been obvious for like 4 batters in a row that this guy is finished for the night and now they risk blowing the lead

CC definitely has a slow hook this year, I assume because the pen is shallow.

PCA hauls in Kelly’s ground rule double standing up which is another reminder of how great he is that the average fan misses when they look at his hitting stats.

I couldn’t believe that Kelly’s ground rule double wasn’t caught, but then I remembered PCA isn’t their center fielder.

Yeah, I think because we see him every day we don't realize how many tough chances he makes look routine.

He’s on pace for a 5.8 fWAR with middling offensive stats. If they’d show a side by side graphic of the catch probability on all hits into the outfield with and without PCA then uninformed fans would stop taking him for granted and crying and about his 236 batting average.
