lol, somehow won again

Bears are clearly the better team, if not for a questionable PI it would have been a little easier.  The last series for the Bears Odunze was tripped up why wasn't that PI?

Listen, the Eagles are gonna average 12 yards a carry against us and we’re likely gonna get shithoused but let me say this:

this team is fun as hell and tough as hell. All credit to Ben Johnson for putting a team like this out there. (Never take a delay of game like that ever ever again dude)

damn, i hadn't checked teh score in a while and thought the Giants had the Lions but it looks like they're boned in OT right now

That would have been a reallllllly nice one for us, what with the Vikings completely rolling over and letting the Packers keep pace

It's going to be hilarious next week when the Bears somehow win by 1 and still end up with a negative point differential on the season.

Definitely 2001 vibes with how they are pulling out wins but obviously the franchise is in much better shape for a sustainable run of success than they were back then.

JJ McCarthy is awful, like awful awful. He has as many interceptions in 7 games as Caleb does in his entire career.

Yeah. I mean you gotta give him more than 7 starts or whatever but as the leader of the JJ is actually good bandwagon I’m throwing in the towel.

He's unplayable. They're going to have to let him play out the stretch but he currently does not appear to be an NFL player.

For his mental well being he seriously needs a game or two off. Letting him continue to literally be the worst QB in the NFL and seemingly getting worse is going to crush any chance he overcomes this.

One of the reasons why this one was especially tough: The running game was not working. Since the Bye they've run the ball super effectively, today they were 25 attempts for 99 yards but 21 of those were on Caleb scrambles and 15 on an end around.

Swift was terrible. Though I don't hold the "fumble" against him. (bizarre officiating, that play shoudl have been blown dead like 4 seconds earlier). Run blocking in general wasn't where you want it.
