Two fake winning teams face off the week before Thanksgiving in Chicago. Somebody will be exposed. Chicago is favored by 3 or 3.5 depending on the source

I’m assuming AAaaaaron plays despite a broken wrist.
Either he beats the Bears for the 137th time or Chicago ends his career. Either way true detective time GIF

Just FYI, the 2024 Chiefs went 11-0 in 1 score games last year.

Game 1- Ravens had the game-tying TD called overturned on the last play of regulation.

Game 2- Chiefs win on walkoff FG vs Bengals

Game 3- Chiefs stop Falcons on 4th & 1 from the 13, win by 5
Game 4- scored GW TD vs Chargers w/ 6:04 left
Game 7- Raiders w/ a late score to make it a 1 score game
Game 8- Bucs score w/ 30 seconds left to send to OT. Never get the ball in OT.
Game 9- Chiefs blocked Broncos GW FG at the buzzer
Game 11- GW FG vs Carolina at buzzer
Game 12- Raiders fumbled on 3rd & 3 on KC 32
Game 13- GW FG vs Chargers at buzzer
Game 14- 8 point win over Texans, no late scores or threats.

The talk all year was about how they were struggling and weren't the same juggernaut, but they still went 15-2 and went to the SB. Not saying the Bears are the Chiefs, but the record is the record.

Tomlin has never had a losing season as Steelers head coach so I’m not sure if I’d call them a fake winning team. Definitely a fake good team though.

*MUCH* less down on the team than DVOA, though still indicates there's probably some good fortune in that 7-3 record.

Interesting. So this basically rounds the Bears out as an average defense and a slightly above average offense.

I’d probably calibrate that to a Bad defense (but not disastrously so) and a decently above average (if inconsistent) offense.

Playing the almost perfectly average Steelers at home. Hm. Get your 8th win, and send Rodgers packing.

The Steelers worked out two QB's yesterday.  I don't think Aaron's playing.

I know Rodgers really wants to play but I can't imagine he can with a broken left wrist. Sure, its not on his throwing arm, but you know, you have to be able to like take a snap and horsefeathers. I don't see how he does that.

Rodgers (wrist) didn't practice Wednesday but hopes to return Thursday, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.

Rodgers told reporters that he's currently more comfortable taking snaps in the shotgun but hopes to be ready for snaps under center later this week. He said his Sunday availability will be a matter of safety and functionality, not pain management, deferring to coach Mike Tomlin on any potential timeline for naming the Week 12 starter. Mason Rudolph will lead the first-team offense during Wednesday's practice.

He might get hit once or twice. Probably worth the risk with our pass rush.

Hope CJGJ goes Shea McClellin on his ass.

??

don’t you mean Corey Wootton?

If I remember right, wasn’t Favre similarly banged up going into the game with the Bears before we ended his career? (I looked it up and he had missed the previous week with a hip injury)

This all seems just like a bad idea from Rodgers and tempting fate to really damage a freshly broken wrist but… we’ll be my guest buddy

That was Wootton. Would love to end Rodgers career too

It would be so cool to have them both back

Doesn't solve the whole "We don't get any pressure from our D-Line" which is the biggest problem on the team, but it'll help a lot
