I don’t like that the offense has stopped scoring once Frued came out. This is when we should be scoring more. Yankees are dangerous. Boyd has been amazing. But, come on, make it easy for him.

That would be my target as well. If not him, if/when Twins decide to sell they should go after Ryan.

Doesn’t look like they’re sending him back out there. It would’ve bene the first for the Cubs since Hendricks tossed one against the Cardinals on 5/3/2019.

As much as I love Shota, I'd give the ball to Matt game 1 as of today.  Shota is still our ace but Boyd has earned it with his performance.  Although, if Shota returns to form in a month that'll make it an interesting convo

Boyd is done for the day. I don’t like the decision, but he is done after 8.

May actually see this anyways, go with the hotter starter first against their no. 1 and then have your  number 1 go against their 2.
