RBI to the pitcher LMAO

Arizona feeling bad for us is the only sensible explanation for running on PCA

I don’t understand the distaste for Jed. The Cubs are a small market team owned by a man who is poor. What else do you expect from a luxury tax payroll?

Thompson is not the solution lol.

Better than using Morgan who gave up a hit to a pinch hitting pitcher in the world of DHs

It’s too bad we spent all the way up to the luxury tax and couldn’t improve the pen more. But then again how could we know the pen was gonna be an issue right? Not like every single season has this issue

They didn't even spend that much, they're like 25 mil under it 🙄

Ownership is an issue but there is literally almost no way to run a major league team and fail to find more than one relief pitcher who can throw strikes without getting lit the hell up in the process

The same reason Hodge(or Merryweather) didn't start the inning, no one can go back to back yet.

so an organizational failure? got it

It’s the same BS as last year.

Yeppp and then when the season is over in July because we have blown another 25 late inning leads the bullpen will look great. Just like last year, can only pitch when the pressure is off.

Once again, horsefeathers Ricketts and Jed.

Where's Jack Neely? He was elite last year in AAA and throws 97.

Pearson throws 100
