This year Darvish is currently at 7.7

 

It's really all about command for Darvish. My hope that its related to missing almost a year with an injury and is shaking the rest off is disappearing with each outing.

I know I just argued on the other page that there's no reason for the Cubs to not keep starting him if he's healthy, especially with how well everyone is playing...and that's true...but my god, I can think of few players that have been more infuriating to watch. I swear he racks up these strikeouts through sheer dumb luck, because those AB's look pretty much as terrible for him as the ones where he walks someone. This is like waking up from a 3 year coma, hearing about everything that has happened, and then going with, "boy, I was not expecting to see that the economy was doing so well!" as your main takeaway.
