Is it me, or does this audio shoot from being really quiet, so individuals can be distinguished, to extremely loud?

 

 

The crowd noise zones in and out while the announcers are talking. Annoying.

 

It's completely dropped off too

 

I initially thought that was so that we couldnt hear the swearing in the cubs dugout after Jake's homerun but it's continued
