I know it's easy to panic with Rose, but the guy didn't have any trainers looking at him, and didn't head to the locker room...of course it's minor. Hell, Rose probably pulled himself out of the game.

 

Last night was a really solid game until the Raptors made a run at the end, but even then, the Bulls managed to stop the bleeding and close it out.

 

Lets not unnecessarily panic.

I think the issue right now with Doug and Niko is that they are getting minutes in that 5 sub unit that Thibs goes to and not much burn with the 7 man rotation. That will need to eventually change if they are going to be contributors toward the end of the year and playoffs. Right now dunleavy is just a better player than Doug and his game fits in perfectly with the Bulls schematically. I do want to see what kind of upside he can bring, but honestly Don't see where he fits in when the bulls are healthy.

 

If rose goes down and we need another player who can create his own shot than Doug should be given more of a chance this year in the Kirk led lineup. If everybody is healthy, than I'm fine with Doug getting 10 minutes and playing a Steve Novak role. It took 3 years for Butler to get into the lineup with far less depth.

 

Mirotic has looked bad to me. Maybe it's because I had hoped he'd look good right away. He looks soft, weak and considering we are trying to win this year, I'm kinda disappointed we didn't move him if we had the chance when his value was high.

Yes Rose needs to be healthy for the playoffs, but based on Rose's history, I wouldn't be surprised if he missed multiple games in the '15 playoffs due to not being 100%. He's very weak mentally.

What the hell does this mean?? So sick of hearing how mentally weak he is. Rose is an idiot, but at least he's smart enough to sit out a few games in November when he is far less than 100%. If he was weak mentally I think he would be hesitant to make sharp cuts, drive to the basket, draw contact, push the ball up the court, etc. Call him injury prone or whatever you want, but quit pretending like this is some mental issue and not a physical one.
