OK, so apparently part of the deal with Marmol is that the Dodgers get a bit more money from the Cubs if he doesn't finish the year with the team, but the Cubs get a PTBNL if Marmol does finish the year with the Dodgers and meets some qualifications.

 

Which is now likely irrelevant, because they just DFA'd him.
