wouldn't go that far. i would just like a team i root for win something of import once in a while. i think it would be fun.

No one gets in trouble for recruiting anymore. I would do it. I'm tired of being crap.

I'm sure you guys would still find a way to make Kelvin Sampson jokes and worry about IUs scholarship situation. :hello:

Oh hadn't seen you since you started [expletive] your pants about Indiana blowing that 98 point lead vs Minnesota.

Remember that interview where Crean said Hulls was an NBA guard and Georgia was a top 25 team?

Georgia lost to a horrendous Mississippi State team at home yesterday. They're now 6-9.

Yeah, Crean thinks everyone is wonderful. Uses a lot of "coach-speak" talk. Ignore him.

Hulls reminds him of Dwyane Wade

What the hell is going on with all these huge leads in B10 play? These games are usually pretty close, especially when ranked teams are involved, even if they're on the road.

Which ironically was the same number of points Illinois lost by yesterday.

I've watched two possessions of mich/osu and seen two of the worst calls I've ever seen (no call on hardaway getting murdered on a drive and a phantom elbow/offensive foul on osu).

I've thought that the officials have let a lot go in this game. Ill take the phantom elbow of course.

Ouch. I thought that was going in. Don't mind Burke taking that shot but in general Michigan killed itself by taking too many long contested threes down the stretch and missed almost every one.

[expletive] hell. I was planning on making fun of OSU rushing the court despite dominating the rivalry in both sports over the last decade and they couldn't even give me that.

What a weekend in college basketball.

Big win for NC State! The freshman have seemed to really start fuzing with the upperclassmen and the chemistry and play on the court seems to get stronger with every game. PRAYING that the sport gods are going to throw me a bone for the first time in my life (knocks on wood). But, they always play Duke well so I'm really not all that surprised. Plus, though they are very good, I never thought they were the number one team in the nation. Moreover, Duke wasn't really all that healthy either.

OK - I'm the worst at downplaying my teams big wins, it appears. :-)

/irrelevant ACC post in the B10 basketball thread

I wanna make this post about the Big 12 not being a trash fire. Oh and I need Texas State to win more games because they're OU's best win.

Battle for first place Tuesday night in Bloomington.

Bo owns Crean. Berg shut down Zeller last year. Badgers have 10 game win streak vs. Indy.

But it'll take a perfect game to keep all that going, especially in Bloomington.

Zeller put up 17 in the B1G Tourney vs. Wisconsin last year. The difference between this year and last year should be that Wisconsin won't be able to provide an answer for Yogi Ferrell and an aggressive Victor Oladipo.

Forgot about that, was thinking of regular season. Zeller put up 17 but only 1 board in tourney, Berg had 16 and 9.

True. I hope Zeller is more equipped to handle a guy getting physical against him this year though. Watford has given them trouble over the last couple years though. Has a good height advantage over Evans.
