Technically starts on the 31st I thought but yeah the real week when everyone comes in is the week after. I already got Sunday the 14th off for Bacchus. My roommate and I are getting dressed up in Purdue gear, making Purdue signs, and buying a boombox that will play Hail Purdue over and over. We are then going to follow his float. We are sooo cool.

I keep telling myself I'm not going to watch but I know I will. I did in '98 and the Saints aren't as annoying as those [expletive] Dirty Birds.

 

As far as the game I have a hard time thinking the Colts won't put up 28+. The Vikings owned the time of possession, sustained drives and still averaged 1 yard per play more than the Saints despite playing on the road and Favre getting killed. Peyton isn't going to get hit as often. The Saints obviously have a knack for creating turnovers but yesterday was more about just being completely careless with the ball.

The Colts pass defense is definitely better than the Vikings and we still forced 7 three and outs yesterday. Then again the Saints should be able to run the ball pretty well.

 

I can't believe we pissed that game away.

Well here in the city all the hotels are calling it the start of Mardi Gras season and all the stands that have been set up say Mardi Gras on it.
