This offseason is going to be nauseating with all the Nebraska hype.

And DeMarco Murray is only a Junior? He's been at OU for thirty years.

Agreed on both points. I suppose NU's offense can only get better. I'll be interested to see how good their defense is without superman.

Prater can feel free to come to Tennessee anytime he wants.

He'll probably head to ND (which makes The Voice of Reason's comment even more entertaining) or Ohio State.

I hope Robert Woods and George Uko head to UCLA.

I know he was considering UT at one point, but don't remember the specifics before he committed to USC. He probably will end up at ND, but maybe Jesse Scroggins will reconsider his USC commit now. He'd be a nice pickup for UT as well.

Hey you just landed former Baylor commit and 9th best safety prospect Ahmad Dixon and should be landing Blake Sims (who just decommited from Bama.... :banghead: ) anyday now. Sims was promised by the Vols staff he would play QB, but ultimately Sims will end up at WR or DB. So don't get too greedy now, dew.

If there's one thing this staff can do, it's recruit. They can coach em up, it appears, but man can they recruit. We've finally got a visit from the #1 receiver in Georgia, Da'Rick Rogers. Along with Markeith Ambles and Matt Milton, we've got a nice group of receivers coming in.

With only Tyler Bray and Matt Simms (Phil's son and Chris' little brother) currently coming to UT, we could use another QB, though.

Brian Kelly's first recruiting class could be pretty darn impressive if he can scoop Seantrel Henderson and a couple of USC decommits.

While on the subject of recruiting, Raisin, what are your impressions of ND and UCLA's battle for Anthony Barr? Have you heard anything regarding which way he's leaning?

He's been leaning UCLA for a while from all I've read. Kelly had an in-home with him last week but last I heard, Notre Dame has some ground to make up.

Tony Brooks (ND star RB from early '90s) is his dad, which I just read, and ND is now offering him at WR (Weis was trying to get him at LB), so it will be interesting to see which way he goes. In any case, it's good to see Kelly shooting for the moon.

Yeah, he's a legacy but it looks like UCLA's proximity helped them build a minor lead. UCLA is offering him as an athlete with the intention of playing him at linebacker or safety. No way he'd be a running back with Malcom Jones and Jordon James coming in.

In the name of the greatest people that have ever trod this earth, I draw the line in the dust and toss the gauntlet before the feet of tyranny, and I say segregation now, segregation tomorrow, segregation forever

At least he didn't play the banjo.

Henderson is now probably heading to Columbus.
