Hinrich always seems to be avoiding Rose when they're both on the court. At least that's what I've noticed this season. We really need to find a way to get rid of him.

The play where Kirk held the ball the entire possession, drove into the paint and put up an awkward turnaround fadeaway that missed badly was such an infuriating play, that I couldn't even get mad. I just chuckled to myself. Kirk is such a maddening player. They say he's a point guard, but the more he dribbles, the worse the possession gets. He'll either put up a garbage shot or he'll turn the ball over. And Kirk over dribbles A LOT. I know he's respected for his defense, but the day Kirk Hinrich leaves this team will be a happy day for me.

You really want the backup PG to be Pargo?

 

Kirk has his flaws but he's a solid player.

I feel pretty sure that the Bulls will make a move before the deadline. If that move hurts this season's team, so be it as far as I'm concerned. It's not like we're a championship caliber team right now. My main worry though, is we put all of our eggs in the LeBron/Wade/Bosh basket and then watch them all re-sign with their current teams and then we overpay for a David Lee or Carlos Boozer type.

 

Bosh is the guy I really want longterm, as i don't see us having much of a shot landing LeBron and am unsure that Wade and Rose can coexist to make us a championship contender. But, you have to take chances sometimes and if it means ridding ourselves of Hinrich and/or Selmons to get some cap space, I'd roll the dice. A team of Bosh/Noah/Deng/Rose as our top 4 would put us in great shape, if you ask me.

woah Pargo is my least favorite basketball player who ever lived. I never said Kirk was worthless. He has pretty good value. What I meant was the day Kirk leaves is a happy day but I obviously meant in movie to improve the position, now buying out Hinrichs contract or anything.

Tyrus Thomas has been suspended for tonight's game for "conduct detrimental to the team" according to Marc Stein. I was done with Tyrus last year when he didn't get it. Tyrus is a guy with a very low basketball IQ that can't finish near the rim this season, can't hit a jumpshot to save his life, and has a sh***y attitude. It's amazing that Tyrus has as many nut-suckers as he does on RealGM. They're still supporting him through this!

Really screwed up with that draft. Roy would really make us a pretty good team.

I was going to make the same point. The Bulls have done a lot of stupid crap the last decade but there's at least a decent chance that we're going to have a spectacularly good point guard as well as one of the big free agents this offseason when next season begins. That's a pretty good building block. Better to be lucky than good.

Just watched that Rose buzzer beater again in the 2nd quarter and Hinrich was the only one not to congratulate him and went to the locker room right after he hit it. I think there's some jealousy from him.

Heard a rumor of Thomas and James Johnson for Brendan Haywood, but I have no idea about how legit the source is.

 

I wouldn't trust Realgm as a source for rumors. It may happen (don't like the deal, unless the Bulls get a pick in the deal) but I wouldn't hold my breathe.

Yeah I was impressed. Indiana is awful and really shot themselves in the foot with their shot selection but this is a game the Bulls probably don't win earlier this year. Any road win is a quality win in my book for this team.

Tyrus Thomas, when asked by the media if he regretted his R-rated rant (or as David Schuster of 670 said, 'Tyrus' X-rated rant') to Vinny, said he didn't regret it. He is trying to get traded now. He just has no idea how stupid he looks on and off of the court. He has no idea what his skill set his and how he is actively stealing $ from himself from his contract when it come up next.

 

Barkley said Vinny should be coach of the year.
