This would be a great game for Lou to go off. This team is in shambles. 6 runs scored this series, 14 runs given up, errors all over the place, etc.

Who's he going to go off on, himself? He's caused all these problems. He's put his players in bad positions to succeed, messed around with the lineup, put in bad players when better players were available and overmanaged.

 

He's been truly awful this year and really has no excuse to other than he's gotten overexcited with the roster. He needs to take a Bob Geren "hands-off" approach and just let his boys play. That and put the best rotation out there, which he has yet to do.

good point. he obviously knew what he was doing with wood and prior. they've been healthy as could be since 2003.
