Jenkins, Flowers, and Cason are still on the board. So is Phillips. I'd look at one of those four or just trade down to try to scoop up another 2nd rounder and maybe a 4th rounder.

Jones fits as a perfect compliment to Barber. With this pick, the Cowboys will need to sign Barber to a longer deal. Had the Cowboys gotten Mendenhall, we could have gone year to year with Barber.

 

I like the pick for this year, but for the future I'd have preferred Mendenhall.

I can live with it, but I preferred Mendenhall.

 

If they stick with the tandem I prefer Jones, but now JJ has to get Barber looked up for a while. Mendenhall would have been a great replacement in anticipation of losing Barber.

Thomas sounds very talented, but raw - exactly what Hardy is, except Hardy gives us the huge size no other receiver (that's good) on our roster has.
