I love what the Chiefs have done so far, they could not have drawn it up any better.

 

I've been trying to keep up with them a little bit being a local team and all, and they have to be excited to get the top talent in the draft at #5. I haven't read back to their pick at 15, but what do you think of Albert?

 

A lot of people had Albert going at the #5. That's pretty amazing when you think about what actually happened.

LenDale White and Chris Henry are probably our best playmakers - WHY TAKE ONE AT THE SAME POSITION AS YOUR BEST PLAYMAKERS? How in the sweet world does that help your offense more than taking a player at a POSITION OF NEED?

A year from now I'll probably be more pissed than I am now when it hits me that we don't have a damn first-rounder on draft day. The Panthers don't usually bungle drafts, even when I don't agree with them (Beason), so I have to give them the benefit of the doubt for now.

Great first round for KC. I'm hoping for Brohm in the 2nd, but we really need a CB as well. Maybe Jenkins will fall.

We have found a stud. His name is LenDale White and he was taken two running backs ago.

 

Henry was a reach, but ok - Johnson is the perfect example of overkill.
