Thank goodness Minnesota is a pathetic basketball team. If they were just a REALLY BAD basketball team they would've beaten Illinois tonight.

good news, mcbride is up to a .333. fg%

3 out of every 1000 shots? That's terrible, even for McBride.

oh what a hellacious world this is, what with our feeble minds being incapable of reading things in any way besides a completely literal sense

if only our brains were capable of context

3 straight losses coming up for Zona? I don't see them winning at Pauley.

That win KU had over USC is looking better every day.

We beat them too.. we must not be that terrible after all... :)

Yeah, USC has played real well this year - beat Wichita State (without Gabe Pruitt), they are the only team to beat Oregon and they also beat Arizona. Their two Pac-10 losses are close ones to Washington State and UCLA...not too shabby.

Ball State tallied their first road win of the season against Central Michigan last night, 64-57. They never trailed in the game. They're playing their best basketball of the season so far right now, which is a good thing because their next two games are against MAC contenders Kent State and Ohio.

IU at UCONN today. I hate tough non conference games in the middle of the conference season. It just doesn't feel as important. Anyway, hopefully the Hoosiers can steal a quality road win and leave UCONN healthy and ready for the Illini Tuesday.

Sigh, Luc Richard Mbah a Moute out for the game today with a sprained knee. :( Fellow Cameroonian Alfred Aboya or freshman James Keefe should start.

For the craziest stat I've seen all year, Northwestern actually leads with points in the paint 18-6 in the first half. Amazing.

Cats with a 9 point win today in Ames.. Nice win for Huggy! God it's scary to think of this team with Bill Walker. I wonder how we'd look with him having 10 games under his belt.
