If we win, you can all thank me today for my attendence.

If we lose, I'm sorry I'm a curse.

Thank you.  The Cubs are gonna win today.😄

I just found the Blue Jays have the worst wRC+ with RISP in MLB.  They should make us look better.

Sunday forecast looks grim. I wonder if they schedule a double header tomorrow

Does look pretty bad. But I can’t remember a time a game was changed to a doubleheader before the actual game was to take place.

In a situation like this where they're not gonna play the team in question again, I don't think it's unprecedented.

Gausman has been a great signing for them.

He's been consistently good his whole career, not sure if we even tried to get him but we should have.

Nico's pulling the ball less than last year, and he's hitting more line drives.  This doesn't stand up to even light scrutiny.

Probably do a mutual off day- August 6th maybe.

New reports say the rain might hold off until 3pm on Sunday so maybe they bump up the start time an hour

In that same interview Coomer also said the Brewers have fallen off since last year and it could be expected since they lost Adames this past off season.  Either is accurate. So not sure exactly if Coomer knows what he is talking about.

It would surprise me if they canceled Sunday to play a doubleheader tomorrow. Maybe it isn’t unprecedented, but I don’t recall it happening with the possible exception of hurricanes in the East.

There has to be a non-Nico reason why he's sucking so bad right now though.  I mean, he's been a model of consistency for most of his career.  I doubt it's because of a HBP many months ago where he didn't even leave the game.

Cubs just need to keep the positive momentum going this series, including this one,  7 series til the break, win each series and theyll be heading in the right direction for the second half.

Busch terrible AB, ended in a good out with the check swing bunt that enabled both runners to move up and score on Suzuki double.
