I'd love to swing that @BUF game but new stadium and all and those tix will be ludicrous on the secondary market

Got a good friend who’s a season ticket holder. Said we can park his motorhome there Friday night and stay through Sunday so it looks like I’ll be making the trip from Texas. Lol.

You're more confident than I am. I think 10 wins with that schedule is going to be a heck of a feat.  If they put up 12 wins, they should up there with anyone as SB favorites.

Meh we'll see how the season plays out.  Before last season you would have thought several of the games on their schedule would be harder than expected (MIN, @ MIN, DAL, @ WAS, @ BAL, @ CIN, PIT).  Could see something similar this year.

As far as schedules go, I’m as pleased as can be. Starts pretty light (if teams are roughly what they were last year, and they never are) and then gets tougher by the end.

we have a tough schedule this year, but I don’t hate the way it’s lined up for us.

Im thinking the same.  Ever other year it seems like a night game or its the end of the season.  This year is perfect. Plus Packers fans from northern Wisconsin aren't Neanderthals like the ones who live in illinois or southern Wisconsin

The NFL needs more Caleb Williams and less Brian Urlachers/Nick Bosas/etc

If they didn’t officially retire Urlachers number then I wonder what happens with #18 if that bridge is ever crossed.

I don't think the Bears will ever retire a number again.  Running out of numbers. Butkus i believe was the last one, and that was like 25 years after he retired

Right. If that bridge is ever crossed in a dream world then it’d be weird having a statue built while players are allowed to wear #18, even if it’s only practice squad guys.

Limitations of numbers is less of a problem than it used to be now that they've relaxed the rules on what numbers you can use.

Honestly, I do think they should retire Urlacher's number. He is an all-time great.

No more so than Singletary. Who also got the same number treatment.

Too many players in NFL, and too many numbers to retire all "deserving". They should have a ring of honor, a small subset of retired numbers, and other ways to honor others (along the line of Piccolo award).  Eventually unretire most if not all.

The Packers regular season game at Soldier Field is on NFL Network right now. So much fun rewatching the ending.

My kids have worn out the DVR rewatching that and the playoff Packers game. It never gets old

I kind of despise You Tube TV's DVR system, but it does store all of the Bears games forever, so I guess there's that.

I like it because of unlimited recordings. But finding horsefeathers my wife records can be a pain

Depends a lot on Caleb’s progress but having Jacksonville, Philly, Tampa and New England at home softens the schedule a bit. It’s possible but I’d take the under too.

10 wins just isn’t that hard in a 17 game season. 12-15 teams have won 10+ all three seasons we’ve had 17 game seasons.
10 wins won’t be a heck of a feat. The over/under is 9.5, there’s a good chance they get 10. That still means 7 losses. Now, 12/13 wins, that’ll be a heck of a feat. Only 4/5 losses on that schedule, now you got a stew cooking

I would hope they can go at least 4-2 in their first 6. Of course teams will be worse then expected and teams better than expected.  Last year it seemed the schedule would be tough but it ended up being one of the easiest.

Parsonsless Dallas

Parsonsless GB at home 2x

No Burrow Bengals

Washington came back to earth

The Eagles forgot how to play offense
