Lions laid the biggest, stinkiest turd imaginable.

Yeah, how do you lose a game in which the opposition, deep into the fourth quarter, had passed for -6 yards?  Turn the ball over 6 times and completely piss down your legs.  Just absolutely pathetic, something I honestly didn't expect from the Lions today.

I wonder if the Lions window is starting to close, last season, given I've relatives who are Lions' fans.  I really wanted to see them, at least, make a Super Bowl then, go to horsefeathers.  Maybe, they're skipping the going to the Super Bowl part.

Is Dan Campbell’s job in jeopardy?

I doubt it is yet.  But I’ll bet people are thinking they lost the biggest key to success when BJ left and DC couldn’t fill that gap.

Also, while Goff can be good it’s clear that he can’t really create.  He needs the play calls to be better than the defense.  Vikings stripped him the eff down tonight.

Goff's relative immobility hurts them as well. granted you don't want your QB scrambling crazy but, there are times when it's absolutely necessary.  Having a QB who can't move is a big liability.

Only teams remaining for the 7 seed and their probability of finishing in the 7th seed:

-GB/CHI loser: 92%

-SF: 7%

-LAR: 1%

I have no idea what the Rams scenario is, but SF becoming the 7 seed is pretty clear, 49ers lose out and Packers win out.  There is also a chance the Bears end up as the 1 seed and get a bye or fall to the 3 seed, but the odds of a Bears/Packers Wild Card matchup are overwhelming at this point.

The Lions completely sh!t the bed today, and it wasn’t because of Dan Campbell’s play-calling. They only gave up 161 yards of offense but turned the ball over SIX times. That ain’t play-calling, that’s fundamentals.

As far as the play-calling for the season, I think the Lions picked up right where they left off from last season. 1st in points scored, 3rd in total yards, 3rd in passing, and 12th in rushing. Doesn’t seem like any drop off from Brad (edit-) Ben Johnson.

It sounds like you are still upset that BJ beat Mark LaFleur.

Looks like the Rams are the 7 seed if they lose out and the Packers win out. Bears have the tiebreaker over the Rams if the Bears lose out and both go 11-6 (assuming GB goes 11-5-1 to win the division). SF also has the tiebreaker over the Rams if both lose out.
