I really wonder if acquiring Rogers was a last second pivot because they now need to throw Soroka back into the rotation rather than the bp. What an absolute piss down your leg moment if this is how it ends up.

The Cubs have a top 5 record and this wasn't enough for them to go for it lololol.  At least now I don't need to waste my money on going to watch this team play - they aren't serious about winning

As is, we have marginal upgrades on the bench, in the pen, and maaaaybe the rotation if Soroka is going to start.
