It was hard hit, but he got a terrible jump, ran an awful route, and gave up on it early

Seems like the other teams have won or taken the lead in their games and the Cubs are about to blow theirs..

They had a chance to kinda put this one away earlier but left guys on base

It wouldn’t be quite as bad for a couple reasons but we’re awfully close to our version of Cincy collapsing against Pittsburgh last week.

They're just too good when they get going.  I cannot see a way we keep them from scoring 1 run over the last 2 innings.  If the Cubs want to make the playoffs they need to score some runs here.
