I know it's a deeply flawed roster with some injuries that have made it worse, but it really seems like Ross is just doing too much with the lineup/defense

Like I said above, Ross managing like a playoff game gave Ross a license to go bananas on strategy, leading to Drew Smyly protecting a 1 run lead against a guy with 53 HR this year
