pretty good bet that it's about Willson having the 2nd most games played and PA among catchers after going it alone for a month. Summer is on the horizon and he could use some rest.

CarGo hasn't really impressed me so far. SSS caveat but 5 Ks in 12 PA. Did have a nice double that was partially because of a misplay by the fielder, but for the most part has looked like the CarGo that the Indians cut. Not sure he deserves to be elevated to 3rd in the order, but maybe I'm wrong.

Almora is really the player you want least in the 8th spot isn’t he? He refuses to take a walk, and it’s the spot where pitchers are the most likely to pitch around to, thus allowing the most amount of walks as they try to get to the pitcher

 

Now in old school Bad Common Sense Baseball maybe that would appeal to a manager because that player would Get That Run In but well, it’s bad
