I'm reduced to rooting for Boston or New York. I guess I'd rather Milwaukee beat LA but I don't feel strongly about that.

Yeah, I'll be rooting for the AL regardless in the WS.

My order is

Astros

Red Sox

Yankees

Dodgers

Brewers

I get the Astros hate but for some reason I don't really have it. They've been in the AL for 6 years and were mediocre at best their last 7 years in the NL (08 at 86-75 was their only solid year). And they generally go out there and hit a lot of dongs.

Any Astros haters here are just jealous fat babies.

My Astros hate instantly vanished when they joined the AL. I treat them like an expansion team or something. It helps that they were in the middle of a rebuild when it happened though, if this was still the Berkman/Pence Astros I'd still hate them.

Yeah, once they flipped it was like they never existed in the NL for me. It always felt like such a forced part of the division to begin with.

Just read the post mortem on the Indians in the Athletic. Those poor people have had two years of trauma and didn’t win in 2016. It could be worse Cubs fans.

Most importantly, they still have to live in Cleveland.

Well there's Great Lakes Brewing plus the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame...

Had friends that lived in Cleveland during college. Visited them for a weekend, spent the day at Great Lakes, had a great time. Went back the next year, asked what the plans were.

"Well...how about Great Lakes?"

Met some people from Cleveland this summer, nice people, raved about Great Lakes, can't say I blame them - Edmund Fitzgerald Porter is amongst best Porters I've ever had.

Without question they're better than the Cubs this season (what a stretch), doesn't mean the Cubs done. I've stated it before but, I believe we're going to see a big time bounce back from the Cubs in 2019, which sounds kind of strange given they won 95 in one fucked up, bad luck kind of season this year.

Astros, Yankees, or Red Sox are fine. No Brewers, No Dodgers. No Atlanta because even though Acuna is cool I hate the stupid chant and their dumb new park
