what's the consensus on pitchers getting hurt over the past year or so? are folks leaning towards the pitch clock as the culprit or is it the same as it ever was?

It would be extremely ballsy to do mid-season but a young Mariners arm for a young Orioles bat would be extremely fun.

Crochet would be in the bullpen by the time the playoffs came. He threw no innings in '22, and 15 innings in 2023. He can't go from 15 innings over 2 years to 180IP this year unless you want his arm to be useless in '25 and '26. If the Orioles wants to go for it all, then go after Tarik Skubal. He's only coming off 80 innings in 2023 himself, but that's a lot better than 15.
