Meh, I had a torn labrum in my right shoulder and it would do that every time I threw anything with any effort. It slides partway out and then slides back in. Hurts a little, but mostly it's just a pain in the ass. Not sure why he would need to miss any time other than hitting might be a little bit of a difficulty.
