32.3K% going into today for Soler, we've now reached Baez levels.

I'm telling myself it's SSS combined with he appears to be affected by the cold more than other guys

But velocity off the bat!

Yes, velocity off the bat you [expletive] idiot

It's a big number, so obviously that means something.

Batted ball velocity by hit or out. Unsurprisingly, hits tend to move faster.

Are you so far up your own ass that you really don't think hitting the ball hard is important?

.432babip and 35ish% k rate, those are both huge signs that a lot of bad is coming, pretending otherwise is just sticking your head in the sand.

If only he had a .250 BABIP and a .700 OPS, then we could be optimistic? Soler has had a rough couple days, there are no 'huge signs' of anything here.

If we can't score off Melancon the way he's been going, that would be disheartening

just wish we could have gotten to him with the order where it was last inning

Nope, but I'm not convinced hitting the ball hard when you do hit t for three weeks means you will keep hitting it hard forever.

Disappointing ending to the series. Oh well, 2/2 & now do some damage in GABP

With a better bullpen and/or bullpen management we probably sweep.

No disco party today.

Always sucks when you win the first 2 of a 4 gamer but can't win the series.

Areas we need to address but overall we'll be fine.
