Water did not break. I went to the game. Wife did end up going into labor. Left after the 7th. Was watching all the craziness with my wife who is screaming through contractions literally while Hosmer is hitting his triple. She looks up mid-contraction and smiles. This night is amazing!

The A's will still have a good rotation next year, hypothetically they could compete but with the Angels and Mariners in their division, not to mention the Rangers getting healthy and the Astros young guys, it's going to be very hard for them to make the playoffs next year.
