he has one move. dribble hard, spin, jump. it will work for approximately one more year before he'll have to add something to it.

I've noticed that too. I don't think he'll even be able to rely on that in college.

If anyone is downtown and wants to gawk, D. Wade's (well I'm assuming it's her) baby momma is outside the Daley Center with a huge sign "NBA MIAMI HEAT STAR MOTHER OF HIS CHILDREN ON THE STREETS". She screaming about something and has a growing crowd around her taking pics/video.

how can a frigging billionaire knock up and marry such a loon

Pretty sure he met her/knocked her up when he was a nobody at/just out of Marquette. But anyways, how does anyone get with that loon regardless of his income

IIRC they were high school sweethearts and got married right after high school.

Nice set of moves for the Pacers this offseason. Adding Watson, Copeland, and now Scola with the only player of any ability that was lost being Hansbrough. If Granger is even moderately healthy, they will be much better than last year.

The race for the top of the East should be interesting this year with four potential great teams, and the Knicks just behind that. The West will likely still be better overall though since the rest of the East is so terrible.

One or more of that Cleveland, Detroit, Washington group will make a run at 45ish wins. I think the bottom of the East is better than it has been.

Pacers are super dangerous. They've added some nice punch to the bench.

I don't see how the pistons win that many games in the division they are in. The other two I could see though.

The Pacers have had a really good off-season -- even if I am dubious about Copeland. Trading for Scola is huge.

The Central should be pretty interesting this year. It will probably be a battle between the Pacers and the Bulls (if the Bulls can stay healthy), with the Cavs as a darkhorse. The Pistons will be....interesting at least, and the Bucks are much less interesting but whatever.

What?? The Cavs have absolutely no chance of beating the Bulls and Pacers for the division. It is clearly a 2 team race. And if Derrick is fully healthy all season I dont think the Pacer have much of a chance of keeping up with Thibs.

The Cavs have a chance, it's not huge, but they have one. Kyrie has the ability to be a top 5 player in the league and if Bynum is healthy they could challenge the Bulls, lots of ifs but they could be there all season. And the Pacers absolutely have a chance of keeping up, regardless of Thibs or Rose. They made some excellent moves to improve their depth and their starting lineup can go blow for blow with the Bulls all day.
