Nope. Theo/Jed have already said they're going to give him the opportunity to start. They already knew they were going to try to unload Marmol this offseason when they decided on Vizcaino.

wow nice. It should be a fun 1/2 season with him in the rotation. Definitely surprised that this deal happened. And if its just Marmol thats amazing.

 

On a related note, thank you Marmol for 7.....interesting years. From a wildly inconsistent starter forced into the rotation by a crapload of injuries to an elite dominating middle reliever to a wildly inconsistent closer...its been fun.
