I'm not crying, plus it's not just IU. I hate how college coaches don't empty the benches for more than 30 seconds of a blowout anymore.

Duke goes down at Maryland. Gonzaga is the only team in the nation with less than three losses. As far as major conferences go, only Florida, Indiana, Duke and Miami have three losses.

Honestly it didn't look too bad. They brought him out to the bench so my guess is he would have given it a go in a close game. Im sure he won't be 100% on Tuesday but hoping he can go.

If Iowa wins they're sitting at 17-7, 6-7 with their next two @Nebraska and vs. Purdue and right back in the conversation. I think it will require at least 9-9 + 1, possibly 2 in Chicago or 10-8 + 1 to get in.

 

I was starting to think iowa might make it in at 9-9 until I realized they have the easiest conf schedule possible. the "we were .500 in the best conference in america" argument isn't as impressive once you realize 2/3 of those wins come from neb/penn st/nw/purdue.

Yeah if they get to only 9-9 they will probably have to win 2 in the Big Ten tournament, imo. They don't have a whole lot of good wins. Their best wins are WIS, Northern Iowa, Iowa State, and now Minnesota (who is also on the bubble now and will probably finish 9-9 at best with IND and OSU 2 of their last 5 games).
