We always appear to play poorly in the orange jerseys EXCEPT that one game against the Niners when Vasher took back the field goal try 109 yards, and even then we didn't play well and the it was one of the weirdest games ever with the insane wind.

Last year's throwbacks were so awesome. They should never use the orange ones.

I've got a Hester one....it's been gameday jersey all season.

 

Where'd you get the Hester one. I've been looking for one but can't find it.

 

My bro got it for me as a very belated Xmas present. I'll try to find out where he got it.

Having the week off to huddle with Martz obviously helped.

Looks like the Bears are gonna be a trendy pick this week. Both PFT guys picked the Bears and so did Peter King. So far, the 3 picks that are in at ESPN have also picked the Bears.

cbs pick-em has it as bears -.5, but the line is closer to 3 in most places now, so I think lotso of people are picking them.

I did find two people I've never heard of on CBSSports that picked the Lions, so there's that.

what about against the 49ers in 06 when we had like a 50-0 lead at halftime?

4-3 lifetime. If you take out the 2004 game which wasn't the same jersey, they are 4-2

The 2004 jerseys were replicas of a previous jersey they wore way back when which were used specially for Thanksgiving as part of some throwback thing the NFL was pushing for the 2 games.

 

The next year the Bears started the practice of wearing an orange alternate jersey at one home game per year around Halloween, so I consider that the real start of the pumpkin jersey era.
