Just saw that Tony Allen signed with the Grizzlies. I was hoping to get him back. He would've been a good fit on the Bulls as a defensive counterpart to Korver's offense.

He has to fear for his life everytime he comes to Chicago. It would've been nice, but there's no chance that was going to materialize.

Haha oh yeah. That.

Enlighten me????

So...which other shooters are available?

I'm still holding out hope that that report is false. I don't know why Orlando would pay him that much money. But oh well.

Best shooters out there look to be Roger Mason Jr (33% last year, but 41% the year prior with more minutes and 38% career 3pt shooter) and Keith Bogans both from San Antonio, unless you go for Eddie House, who doesn't really interest me at only 6'1".

Orlando doesn't care about money. They have gobs to blow. He'll be matched today.

So with all this money to spend and all the guys available this offseason, we're going to end up having Ronnie Brewer as our starting SG?

l o l

And we still have no 3 point shooting. Korver hoisting up 2 or 3 a game doesn't fix that

Penny Hardaway, the man who inspired original Nike puppet in the late 90s "Lil Penny," announced he is interested in competing for a role with the Miami Heat Thursday on an internet radio show called "The Bottom Line Sports Show."

"Mentally I was retired and physically I was retired. I was playing recreational ball," Hardaway said. "But when the decision happened with Chris Bosh and LeBron, I felt like I could really be good in that system."

Damn it. Should have gone after Morrow.

Get Brewer and then you have to look for a trade.

LOL yeah.

"Hey, I'm feeling much better NOW!"

In other news, Jack Haley felt he could be really good on the 95-96 Bulls team.

With Hinrich, Wall and Arenas, I wonder if the Wizards would trade Nick Young. I also have to believe the Magic will look into trading Pietraus

Agreed...Morrow over Redick was a no brainer to begin with. Ironic that supposedly the Bulls went after Redick because they thought he was more likely not to be matched. Bad judgement there as Morrow is a Net and Redick all but returning back to Orlando.

Also, I would have died to have Raja Bell on this team. He signed for 3 years 10 mil from Utah, but the Bulls were offering 2 years 8 mil and wouldnt goto a 3rd year. I know he's 33, but I can live with a 3 year deal to improve the team as much as he would have.

No such luck...

Orlando Magic general manager Otis Smith said Friday that the team will retain Redick. The Magic matched a $19 million, three-year offer sheet that the Bulls made for Redick.
