Anyone have some good seats they want to sell for the Braves series in July (mainly Friday or Saturday)? I'm bring the family up for a vacation and we're going to go to the games. I found some fairly decent seats on Cubs.com, but wanted to see what might be available here. My daughter is 10 and my son will be 5, so not looking for anything in the bleachers, but would like something with a nice view.

I think I know someone for this...I will put you two in touch!

I've sold tickets to a couple people here now. Anyone interested in just about any game, let me know. Pretty much all are fair game. 4 tickets. Sec 131. Aisle seats.

looking for an american girl doll?

While I'm sure my 6 year old would love that, they're only giving away clothes and not a doll. None of which I was aware of until I just looked at the promotion.

seriously? I actually looked into flights this weekend just for that game but they were ridiculously expensive so no thanks. then I'd get stuck actually buying the dolls.

I always sat in the bleachers as a kid, and I turned out... eh, nevermind.

How often do they update the list? Just once a year during the winter? I am 87,725 on the list now. I originally got on the list around 2003 or 2004, they contacted me about tickets in 2011 but I declined. I jumped back on in April 2013 and today was the first time I checked my number since then. I see that they are going thru about 30K people each year based on reading parts of this thread. I'm thinking the list will slow down considerably as the team gets better. I'm a bit worried that maybe I should have jumped right back on the list in 2011 instead of waiting until 2013 to get back on.

You probably should've signed back up sooner, at least. Who knows, though? They've been pretty desperate to sell them and IIRC they even went back around to some people who had declined.

You might be screwed though if you're that far back just as they start to turn the corner.

I'm starting to get worried about when I'm going to get my call. I was expecting next year, but with the arrival of Javy,Bryant,Soler etc, I get the impression there are going to be a lot fewer available then there have been over the last few years.

For some strange reason, I only jumped 30 places in line from July 2013 to July 2014. I jumped 31,500 places from April 2012 to July 2013. I have an email into the season ticket waiting list asking, quite politely, WTF?

Maybe they do it like the Bears did when I was on their season ticket list. On even numbered years they moved the list by 100's at a time but in odd years it moved just a couple numbers. The Bears and Hawks make you put a $100 deposit down per ticket to get your name on the list, so their lists are much smaller than the Cubs.

My guess is that there will still be a lot of tickets available after this season. I think people would be surprised how few season ticket holders really understand the big picture and follow the minor league teams. There is still going to be a pretty big turnover from the people who have signed up over the past few seasons and didn't understand how bad the resale market is. This could be the "last hurrah" though before available season tickets slow to a crawl and the waiting list begins to expand back in the other direction.

Yeah, at the very least, there still should be a lot of new STH this offseason. How the outlook is just depends how far down the list you are.

Relocation this year will be handled online because of the renovations.

I get it, but, as someone who wants to relocate, I hope that the system will allow for a pretty good seat preview.

Yeah...what sucks is that I'd like to move to the front few rows of terrace boxes (currently in the back couple rows of field boxes) since it'd be cheaper for a marginally worse (well, possibly better depending on location) view, but without being there it won't be as easy being sure I won't be behind any poles. granted, i know the first few rows are safe but i'm not really sure what row they start in.
