I'm gonna see if I can't make it work, either with family living in the area or something. I actually think I got incredibly lucky and this could be the perfect time. My parents just fully retired, so maybe they'll be game.

Nuts - you did a partial package, right? Do you get guaranteed playoff tickets? Then you can change to a different package, or a full package, each year? Is that right?

If you do a combo plan you get some but not all postseason games. I think you get 2 out of every series. Can't find the info on the website or invoice. I emailed my ticket rep. I'll let you know what I find out.

Yep. 2 per series.

I was driving home from work today and I got the call from the Cubs saying my number finally came up... seven years after originally signing up. Problem is, I live in Montana. I am probably going to purchase them anyhow. Does anyone else on here purchase them and then re-sell individual game tickets often? If so, could you message me?

Has anyone heard anything on relocation yet?

It's supposed to happen sometime this month but I haven't heard a peep about anything yet.

My dad got a couple e-mails saying it was going to be done online because of the renovations.

Yeah, I saw a preview of the virtual seat thing when I had to do the thing to renew.

Just heard from my rep. Should be hearing something in the next week or two.

Got my relocation slot just now. Anyone else?

I'm on the 25th in the afternoon.

I do. I'm in Texas and got tickets when my number came up a few seasons ago. I sell some to family and friends back home in Chicago and the rest on StubHub.

out of curiosity, when you're looking to unload that amount of volume (since, for one, you aren't here to go to the games if they don't sell, i mean), how aggressively are you pricing all of the games?

good question b/c this is where I'm going to be (only WA instead of TX). Family is interested, but not sure they want 81 games.

For the last two years I have not been able to recuperate even 50% of the costs of the tickets that I do not use, and that's with family buying 10 or so games from me at face value. I have a combo plan. I have to imagine trying to sell the weekday day games is a nightmare.

I check the Stub Hub listings on a regular basis and keep mine priced near the cheapest ones in the same section. As the game gets closer I lower prices if necessary.

sooo are we gonna get dibs on foo fighters tickets?
Posted
Yes. Pre-sale codes will be emailed in the next couple days. If anyone has one they won't use, I would gladly accept it from you. I have about 20-25 people that want to go.

Are Foo Fighters tickets expected to be in high demand?

I like them, although I have to admit I have no idea what their current popularity level is and how well their tickets generally sell.

They sell out arenas in the US but this will be their first ever stadium gig here. I imagine it will sell out pretty quick but I don't anticipate high resale values. The field tickets are GA.

I'm not gonna use many/any tix, but might have to get them anyway just to not lose my spot in line

I would buy a number of seats for my boss, he's a fan of theirs

I purchased my season tickets for the bleachers next year. I have two of them, so if anyone is needing tickets this upcoming year, just let me know. Also, I plan on buying 8 Foo Fighters tickets on Friday, but probably won't make it to the concert so if you are looking for those, I will have some available as well. Just message me on here.

You can only buy 4 GA or 6 reserved for the Foos.

Interesting. I was told by the Cubs' rep that you could purchase up to 8 on the pre-sale. I will have to double-check.

you were correct. I got the email last night. Apparently I was just hearing things when talking to them on the phone.
