CUBS are 61-39 when they draw at least 2 walks.... 8-8 when they don't

Go CUBS !!

You don't happen to have the stats from 06 on how many games the Cubs drew 2 or more walks and how many they didn't, do you?

yeah... but it's on another computer.

You're useless, Fred.

before the game i think they said carp had bone spurs removed in april, and tjs in july. that would put his recovery at 12-13 months.

45 minutes just got added to this game.

Yep. Maybe THIS is why the fans were booing. They knew TLR would be playing these games with the bullpen. Lets make sure we get EVERYONE from the pen into this game, Tony!

He pointed at his shoulder, so it wasn't the TJS area.

Could be overcompensating with the shoulder. I don't think he looked to be in too much pain, was more taking a precaution when he felt a twinge, but just cause it wasn't the elbow doesn't mean it's not an after effect of TJS.

As I started to say before I realized Carp was leaving, seeing Jimmy's bat flip again I can't believe he didn't take one in the ribs yesterday.

But nevermind all that, nice play Kennedy! Woohoo!

Yeah, if you combine Zambrano's bad performance yesterday surely flustering him with needing to retaliate for Edmonds being hit, Z might have killed someone.

Yeah if it's only 12-13 months since the TJS then that's much sooner than many others have come back.

Was it the shoulder he hurt with Toronto?

Edmonds being a tad too aggressive on the basepaths.
