I think Cubs offense continues to look stupid the rest of the game, but they still pull out the much un-deserved win.

 

you know, teams DO win 1-0 games in MLB and it isn't undeserved....

I agree, but if the offense continues to look as bad as they have most of the game to this point, I wouldn't put this game in that category.

 

Offense is one part of the equation. If you pitch well enough and play defense like we have to shut them out, you deserve the win.

CUBS are 45-17 when they get a quality start.... 25-30 when they don't
