  1. I’m sorry, I just can’t get over the Poles extension. His draft record is absolutely deplorable, this is *still* a bottom 5 roster in the league, and we have multiple healthy scratches at positions of need.
  2. Yea I’m increasingly worried Caleb isn’t it. He holds onto the ball forever and every time they show a replay you can see guys open downfield.
  3. Can’t believe Boyd was still in the game. Was obvious to anyone watching that LA was squaring him up batter after batter and that he was no longer fooling anyone out there.
  4. Poles should 100% be gone and honestly, if he weren’t an interim HC with 1 game left, Brown should be as well. That was embarrassing.
  5. A complete and utter humiliation on national television on all levels. Total coaching malpractice, abominable clock management, and a clear-as-day display of how poorly this roster and coaching staff were constructed.
  6. Holy Jesus, fire them all into the sun.
  7. Yea, Ben Johnson ain’t coming here if there’s even remotely a better opening out there. I mean, would you?
  8. One step closer to 4-13.
  9. For what it’s worth, Joe Sheehan predicts the Cubs will win 96 games and be among the top 3 teams in all of baseball. So that’s something.
  10. Are there still Bears fans who think we should still just roll with Fields? If Stroud and Love this weekend doesn’t make it painfully obvious how far away we are at QB, not sure what will.
  11. Can’t wait to see the final numbers on this thing. Coming into the off-season, I was thinking something like 12 / $500 million with as many opt-outs as he wants, but it sounds like the deal may be much higher than that.
  12. If the Packers got the #1 pick and passed over Caleb Williams and Drake Maye to stick with a running QB who's thrown for 300 yards ONE TIME in 35 starts and fumbles a lot, we'd be laughing our heads off.
  13. Whether it’s Patrick Williams or Justin Fields, once Chicago sports fan has his mind up, the copium never stops flowing.
  14. The only team I think might reasonably snatch away the #1 pick from the Panthers (and ergo, the Bears) are the Patriots. They have a pretty rough schedule down the stretch and man oh man do they look bad. I'm fairly confident the Cardinals will scratch out another win somewhere. I could also see the Panthers stealing a game or two somewhere, between the interim coach "bounce" and having an NFC South-heavy schedule down the stretch.
