tarp coming off per ESPN

I'm getting mildly annoyed... It's kind of sad that ESPN is providing updates, yet listening to WGN Radio you wouldn't even know that a Cubs game is being played tonight.

Remember what a dugout fight did for the Cubs last year.

Galvanized?

Lou has sparked the team!

Ned Yost: "Its not that big a deal." "Its kinda rude for there to be a fight next door, your neighbor, and you go knock on the door. That's kinda what's going on now."

And nice "fighting style" there, Prince. Easy to look "tough" by shoving a guy who's 250 lbs lighter than you! :rotfl:

Dane Placko said the tarp is coming off the field on FOX

Edit: Whoops, looks like I'm late :(

Is ESPN going back to the game or am I going to be watching Brett Favre get in a back of a red vehicle over and over?

So, will this game be on TV at all? ESPN or WCIU?

Wish I knew.

Considering they started SC on ESPN, and haven't made mention of breaking away to show the game again, I'm thinking us outside the Chicagoland area are up a creek.

It is also rather rude to have/allow your pitcher to throw at another player because he hit a couple of homers.

The Brewers had a dugout fight last year too. Bottom line is that dugout fights don't mean anything. You get hot because you're good at baseball, not because a 300 pound fatass attacks his teammate.( I will now refer to Prince as "fatass" from now on because Brewernet doesn't like it)

Just got back from that mess.

What a terrible weather situation.

Gross.

They had a local guy from CBS news live from Wrigley who said kids were crying because the wind was so bad and the sirens were going off.

Debris all over the place and fans were running for safety.

Do tell what you saw.

Urgh .. you're right. It was the turning point of the Cubs season. They won 5 of their next 6.

It's tough to say if it will have an effect or not. The Brewers are a good baseball team so if they run off some wins who can say that a dugout fight was the cause? More likely it would be because they're capable of winning baseball games.

ESPN is reporting they will give an update coming up.
