Guys no baby talk on nsbb, k.

I say we talk about the Bulls' draft instead.

Rose Rose Rose

ESPN said bulls are leaning this way

They have too pick Rose. If they don't and he blows up, Chicago will kill Paxson.

Go Rose.

After thinking a lot about this, I've come to agree. Beasley measuring in shorter than his listed height and his character concerns make me leery enough to think Rose would be the better choice.

Apparently Miami isn't even sold on him at no.2, which would be a mistake IMO

Well he still doesn't look as sharp as early in the year, but when your as good as him, you don't have to be sharp all the time

Good Job Marmol

Not sure if anyone talked about this earlier in the game thread, but I heard on WGN 720 Pregame that Lou said that he will no longer lift Edmonds when he is up against a LHP. Does that worry anyone here? It makes me worry that Reed Johnson's days as a solid platoon partner are over.

Marmol looked like Marmol in that inning, hopefully that helps his confidence. Young pitchers who have great "stuff" can lose their confidence thus lose their control, hopefully he is getting it all back together. Whether we score or not this inning, I'm sure Woddie will throw the ninth. That is fine he hasn't pitched since Saturday.

Does anyone have a good recipe for homemade salad dressing?

1 cup red wine vinegar

2/3 cup vegetable oil

1 can artichokes

~1/4 cup parmesan

Make it the night before and serve over romaine with red onion slices in it.

Don't know if its just me but Marmol has looked a lot more confident after getting that K

I felt exactly the same.

Take two guajillo peppers and remove the seeds and stems by dragging your finger down the middle. Put some olive oil in a pan and heat it up to medium. Lay the peppers flat and turn them quickly so that they cook up a tad, maybe about 15-20 seconds total. Remove the peppers and put them in a blender. Pour in the oil and any additional olive oil. Add a decent amount of apple cider vinegar and some lime juice. Blend well.

Hate to nitpick, but was he trying to go outside corner on that last pitch?

No doubt in my mind. He's been throwing that back door slider for awhile. Looks like it'll be outside, but catches the corner. It's a good pitch, even though it doesn't break down very much.

I would probably assume he meant until Johnson comes back, but yeah that does worry me a bit. Johnson is a beast against LHP
