10 bbs, 1 hbp, 12 ks, 10 ip? heh

Whose numbers are those? Hill's?

WGN was showing a no hitter from 1965

Oh. Wow thats an odd line.

Guy had 2 10 inning no hitters at age 25 and was out of baseball by 30

Hill just walked his 4th man. 92 pitches, 52 strikes. He really hasn't shown that much better control.

but, but, but... he has 9k's!

you're doing that not-at-all tired, completely hilarious green font thing like the k's don't, in part, cancel out some of the harm from the walks, but they do. bring him back up.

haha, i guess you didn't catch the fake sarcasm

so now we're green fonting "fake" sarcasm? man, this place is side-splitting in its hilarity sometimes.

I believe that is called sarcastic sarcasm.

Call me a n00b, but why the green font? I see it all the time on Realgm and just don't understand the green font craze.

It sure is nice to hear somebody sing The National Anthem and not be terrible. It seems everytime you see a musician sing it, it takes them 5 minutes and it sucks, but Reckless Kelly did a great job. Wayne Messmer always does a good job, too.

I don't see how anyone can expect him to be successful if he keeps walking this many guys. At the big league level more guys can hit breaking balls so I don't think that the K's are necessarilly reflective of what he would do here.

really? he finished 5th in the NL in k's in 2007.

interesting that the cubs aren't the only people who have apparently forgotten hill's '07.

Report on Sean Gallagher:

Works in the low 90s, can hit the mid-90s when needed. Good curveball. Plus slider which isn't used much. Decent changeup.
