Its obvious whats going on in Lou's head. He thinks a win is so important for team morale or some such that its worth it to waste his best pitcher like this. Immediate results vs. Long term results. Not like any pitcher could blow a 6 run lead like this anyway.

 

Its a stupid symbolic move that he's making but I doubt it really has any long term effects. We might lose tomorrow because of it but thats all.
