Who wants to take up a collection to pay Bruce Miles to ask Dusty why he thinks Jim Hendry signed Eyre and Howry?

I would chip in for that.

i'd throw in 40 bucks

I just gotta $800 bonus....that should do.....

I'll start by just emailing Bruce about it. If I don't get anywhere, I'll pass out the collection plate.

dusty here is how it works...you walk out of the dugout. put your hand up and say time blue...walk out to the mound (DON'T STEP ON THE FOUL LINE)...say atta boy z we got you...take the ball and put you're right or left hand up depending on which guy you want...

I've always wondered.... Who are the bullpen catchers? Are they guys who never made it big? How much do they get paid?

Aram swung the bat -- it wasn't a bunt attempt. I'm watching on MASN in DC.

you get MASN? Who's your cable provider? Or do you have Satellite?

I have Directv, plus Extra Innings, but it's on MASN as well as the MLB Extra Innings channel 744.

now dusty is either going to have to burn a lefty, or let Eyre face Guillen with multiple runners on base.

i want to kill Rothschild.

I love how they show Dusty and Rothchild in the dugout and they're both just sitting there like nothing's wrong.

Anyone have a pitch count on Z now?

lol. marshall and wood are due up next. it's highly likely howry and eyre could appear in both game.

Are you kidding me??? Z has thrown 105 pitches, and we didn't even have anyone warming up? I've tried to give Dusty the benefit of the doubt for quite some time, but this guy is proving to be a moron...

One thing I've noticed about Baker. He'll never preemptively have the bullpen warming up in these situations. He always waits until the first sign of trouble and usually doesn't pull the pitcher until it's too late. Baker is reactive rather than proactive.
