They're going to completely destroy their brand with these stupid ass takes.

It’s too late. You have to try to be this bad.

Guess it boils down to how efficiently you suck, throw multiple INT's, your team only scoring 10 points.  In PFF's eyes it's all okay as long the completions you had to not the other team were done "efficiently".  Got to a bad box score in a good way.

While pffs week one rating on Caleb is ridiculous, that ranking is a bit more explainable. It takes prior performance into account and they state that the rankings won't change much the first couple weeks.

To include previous year's data is even dumber in my opinion

Caleb has a long way to go but I’ll take a top six quarterback any day if he can one day be on the level of Jordan Love..

I had nothing to do and watched the replay last night. Caleb shined when he shined but left a lot on the table and missed too much, imo. Goes to show this offense has much more upside.

that game being close at halftime was ridiculous

I felt the one bad throw to Kmet looked more like Caleb thought Kmet would turn to look back on his left rather than his right, which is what makes that throw look way off. Tim Jenkins thought there was a possibility that one was tipped at the line, but I don't think that's true.

The one in the middle of the field to, I think, Loveland was bad, but I'm not asking for perfection in week 1. Week 2 and a divisional game, yeah, I want and need perfection.

I watched the full game as well, Caleb definitely left some on the field.  Didn't he say as much in the post game?

I’m not sure if that one is on Caleb or Colston. Just not on the same page. Carolina was in zone, I believe, so Caleb’s expecting Colston to sit in the middle but Colston continues on his route.

Time to start brainstorming nicknames for this offense.

Another one by Schefter....the PCA offense.  Points Come Always

It's been destroyed.

I'd have to think anyone who actually cared about this stuff already knew.  They laid a bunch off and post a bunch of AI slop.

I truly, honestly, wouldn't be surprised if Zombie PFF ranking Caleb so low was a calculated move to gin up engagement in the wake of them being completely gutted. If it was a cynical move, it's absolutely worked. Every Chicago sports station has talked about it, it's been on ESPN, it's been on FS1.

Post something extremely stupid and controversial and people will talk about it. It's not like anyone's reading PFF scores to get an accurate view of player's abilities anyway.
