Sounds like you might be saying Bregman is slow.

I'll say that he "runs at a deliberate pace"

Fedde has pretty massive reverse splits so far this year.  That's probably nothing but curious if the lineup ends up reflecting it.

Losing 3 series isn’t ideal with the way the standing are shaking out. Going a game without allowing homers to Montgomery and Vargas will help.

You can just tell the Brewers are about ready to go 30-4 again

True. This is actually a big game for a game in mid May. Win and you go into the Brewers series winning 3 of your last 4. Lose and you go in losing your last 3 series. From mindset alone, this game is big. They also get Miz tomorrow. So really like to take this one and, I don’t know, maybe the Brewers actually lose today…..

Brewers look like the best team in baseball again. I hate to say that, but it’s what I see.

Regular season maybe, their formula of death by a thousand cuts doesn't work in the playoffs.

As you all know, I'm a Brewers fan. And I don't think they're the best team in baseball. They should be competitive, but there are very obvious flaws on that team. The left side of the infield is sketchy at best, and could easily be very bad over 162. And while the rotation is impressive, they're leaning HARD on a lot of unproven arms that might flag in August and September. Even their bullpen isn't as much of a sure thing as it has been the past few years.

The Brewers should be a 90-win team again, but I'd be surprised if they even approach last year's 97.

I don’t necessarily think the Cubs are built for October either.  LA, ATL, even SD have better top of rotation pitching.
