I get really upset whenever the broadcast brings up Palencia’s blown save in Miami earlier in the year because he had the third out and Tucker just kinda jogged for it and made a really appalling effort for a big leaguer, and the Marlins ended up winning from there. Palencia has been butt awful for a couple weeks lately but its not fair to hold that game against him, Tucker blew it singlehandedly being lazy.

Theyre the most mediocre team that I can remember to ever just back into the playoffs. 

I've seen teams back in with a couple weeks to go in September, but never a team look so mediocre and do it since the AS break.

Goes to show just how good they were in the first half being a top 2 team in mlb during most of it, and also how bad the NL has been, outside of the Brewers there really hasn't been teams that played too much better than 500 ball or just over the second half.

He’s also saying the excitement is not there about them if/when they make the postseason because of what we have been seeing the last month or so. Not just today, for those that are shortsighted; it’s been consistently average for quite some time now. I understand the guy’s comment about how their play has made it hard to get excited about their playoff chances once they enter October. 🤷‍♂️
