When Happ returns  PCA should stay at leadoff, Happ moved to 3rd, and Suzuki to 5th.

if the throw wasn’t so terrible he wouldn’t have had to lunge to catch the ball and try to tag the runner. He did well to even get a glove on the errant throw. Therefore error in the throw.

I generally hate the bunt and I know the pitcher just walked the first 2 hitters but I’m surprised Brujan wasn’t bunting there.
