There's no doubt to me that he's a starting quality NFL QB. He may even be above average, given where the league is right now with QB play. That unfortunately only factors in so much when you have the 1st overall pick and he's coming up on a contract year.

We have one touchdown on a ball the defense gifted him at the two.

? Yeah I'm not really sure what point you're making. This doesn't hurt my point at all?

That's one of the few Bears games I've been to and it was by far the worst live sports experience of my life, closely followed by the mausoleum atmosphere created by one pitch Rich against the DBacks.

I went to the NFC championship game and was sitting by 2 rows of all packers fans. That was pretty damn miserable.

Your point is DOA.

No? Not at all? They're playing the best defense in the league and he's been accurate today?

No I don't concede anything, lmao

We're closing in on halftime and he's 5-for-11 for 56 yards. At least two of those 11 throws were brutally inaccurate.

It's amazing how many posters continue to do mental gymnastics to turn the good things Fields does into a Fields dig in one way or another

He's over 100 if not for the dropped ball. Against the #1 defense in the league, on the road in horrible weather conditions. What exactly were you expecting?

This is exactly what I was expecting.  Bad QB play, propped up by good defense, and a chunk of the fandom unable to realize that.

Not sure what Brisker was doing there

Playing good defense. That 2nd foot was not down. I don’t know why it wasn’t reviewed.
