Good lord the Brewers won again. I wasn't aware we were trying to catch the 27 Yankees.

Let's close this out

Palencia coming in to finish the game.  I'm sure Adbert will be on standby

That’s stupid

He already got up

Palencia is likely to throw 8 straight balls and Alzolay will be in anyway

Probably.  Then we'll all be mad at Seiya for screwing the closer lol

I'm pretty much conceding the division. Just try to hang on to a wild card spot.

There was a period where the Cubs looked nearly unbeatable too.  The odds aren't great but I'll wait until at least after the first H2H series to give up on the division.

That team looks strong . They have the big 3 in the rotation again and throwing well . Bullpen is good and they play great defense .

I know every team has their guys that struggle with walks but Palencia and Cuas both look like they have no idea where their pitches are going to end up as they're throwing them.

God it drives me insane when guys don't throw strikes. I know it's not that simple but it will take 3 home runs to tie the game from when Hayes stepped in, make him freaking hit one

Ross seems like he's desperately trying to steal outs throughout these games to prevent his guys from pitching and they always seem to fail him

At one point I pointed out how the Cubs had nothing but bad teams ahead of them while the Brewers had at nothing but teams who ranged from great to at least decent.  The Cubs were 1.5 games out to start that stretch and 4.5 games out now lol.

So any other options available to come help the relief corps? Get Palencia and Wesneski outta here.  What happened to Wesneski? He was so promising last year and in spring training.
